Founded in 1973 by John and Theodore Meletopoulou Papanagiotou, it is housed in the House of Literature and Art, with exhibits mainly from the war of 1821.
Its exhibits include among others:
Weapons and other objects of 1821 war Rifles, swords, swords from 1770 onwards. Among them are weapons of chieftain Panagiotis Karatzas.
- Gravure of Paleon Patron Germanos, a work of J. Friedel
- War flag of the heroic 12th Infantry Regiment
- War diary and personal effects of General T. Konstantinopoulos - Original handwritten poem by Kostis Palamas
- Table with original signatures of 1821 fighters
- Copy of Achaian Freedom Declaration dated March 26, 1821
- Portrait of Theodoros Kolokotronis and other 1821 heroes
